Join Crowden, San Francisco Chamber Orchestra, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, and more for a free day of musical fun for all ages! Compose with Philharmonia Participants are instructed to “compose” music by decorating a strip of music staff paper. Musicians from Philharmonia will then perform these compositions live. No prior music experience is necessary. Baroque Instrument Petting Zoo Philharmonia invites participants to try out Baroque string instruments and bows. Experience the warm sound of pure gut strings and experience string instruments in the same way that they would have sounded and felt hundreds of years ago.
