Mahler’s Fifth, which holds a distinguished place in the Philharmonic’s history, charts a vast emotional landscape. The World Premiere of Pulitzer Prize winner Tania León’s exploration of sounds from across the Americas opens the concert. YNY Encore Reception We will host a post-concert YNY Encore reception with Philharmonic musicians and guest artists following the September 27 performance.
