Following last summer’s well-received performance with the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl, Grimaud returns to Walt Disney Concert Hall for a solo recital. She pairs the brisk passion and syncopated rhythms of Beethoven’s final sonata with the otherworldly serenity and flickers of excitement from Schubert’s B-flat Sonata .
