The beloved cellist joins Gustavo Dudamel and the Orchestra for Osvaldo Golijov’s Azul, the Argentine composer’s luminous soundscape that evokes the tranquility and quiet wonder of the natural world. Complementing this work are music from Mahler’s Fifth Symphony and Imágenes mestizas, a new work by Tania Leόn.
